SafeWave project presented at the I Underwater Noise Management Summit

Last Tuesday, Juan Bald, Head of Marine and Coastal Environmental Management Unit in AZTI and coordinator of the SafeWave project, was invited to present the challenges and lessons learned from the project at the first Summit on underwater noise management that happened in Cartagena, Spain.

The Summit gathered international experts in underwater noise and its environmental impact to discuss the latest legislative developments in noise management, the technological challenges, and the latest initiatives to reduce noise pollution and preserve healthy marine environments.
