Seminário 2023

WavEC Offshore Renewables and the Netherlands Embassy in Lisbon gather this year to organise the WavEC Seminar 2023.

WAVEC SEMINAR 2023
Paving the Way for Large Scale Offshore Wind Deployment

LISBON, Museu do Oriente, 6 Dez 2023

Registration Open for WavEC Seminar 2023

WavEC Offshore Renewables is pleased to announce that registration is now open for the WavEC Seminar 2023, scheduled for the 6th of December 2023, in Lisbon, Portugal. This seminar, organised in partnership with the Netherlands Embassy in Lisbon, provides an excellent opportunity to explore the latest developments in the offshore wind sector.

As Portugal gets ready for its inaugural offshore wind auction by the end of this year, there has never been a more critical time to delve into the country's readiness for such developments. Especially considering the release of the final report outlining the recommendations of the Portuguese Work Group for these auctions. It is also an excellent moment to acknowledge the expertise of this year's host country, the Netherlands.

The event will feature a diverse range of sessions designed to address key aspects of the offshore wind sector, including offshore wind policy, industry perspectives, port infrastructure development, risk mitigation, and the sustainable utilisation of marine resources.
